May 24th: Operation MD: Todd and Cone
Operation MD, the long-running punk rock side project of Todd Morse (The Offspring, H2O) and Cone McCaslin(Sum 41), will host a special event on May 24th featuring an intimate afternoon of music, stories, and celebration.
The event will include:
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Guided tour with Todd Morse and Cone McCaslin
8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: DJ / listening party in the bar
Formed out of a shared love for stripped-down punk, power pop hooks, and raw garage rock, Operation MD began as a creative outlet between tours.Their debut album, We Have an Emergency, originally released in 2007, quickly gained cult status among fans for its urgency, humor, and heartfelt energy.
Now, nearly two decades later, Operation MD is returning to its roots. In celebration of the album’s enduring legacy, the band will release a special vinyl reissue of We Have an Emergency on April 18, 2026. This reissue offers fans a fresh opportunity to experience the record, including a limited colored vinyl edition on Dine Alone Records.
This event and release highlight what Operation MD has always represented: a spirit of collaboration between two lifelong musicians and friends, creating music purely for the love of it.

Coming up in June: Tiki Punk 2!
Tiki Punk 2: The Confluence of Tiki and Punk Art opening June 6th!
Punk culture, as well as the rediscovery of tiki culture emerged concurrently in the 80s in Southern California as anti-establishment statements. Punk life was a more aggressive reaction. Punks were expressing their displeasure with the authoritarian and oppressive political climate of Ronald Reagan, and the glamorization of wealth and capitalism. The punk show was a place of catharsis and rebellious expression. Tiki culture on the other hand, was an escapist reaction, its young adherents looking for an alternative to the conspicuous consumption of the Reaganomics era. The allure of exotic places like the South Pacific seemed much more inviting than 30 years in a cubicle with a mortgage on a fixer upper. Both subcultures represented a middle finger to the puritan, conservative values of mainstream America. The unabashed simplicity and freedom of a more feral life.
Our follow-up art show features an eclectic line up of visual artists who have been inspired by these 2 cultures, and have fused them in their creative output, both in music, art and design. The show with feature artwork from Doug Horne, Ken Ruzic, Candy, Thomas Fernandez, Reesenik, Scott Sugiuchi, Stephen Blickenstaff, Atomikitty, Kymm! Bang, and curator BigToe.
